EW flywheel sprocket repair
I have perused the forum but cannot find any post that actually addresses my problem
my 1926 350 EW flywheel/engine sprocket is very worn, I assume the sprocket assembly can be un-riveted from the flywheel
either a complete new assembly is required or the existing teeth replaced
there was one solution cited in Australia but but the firm offering replacements has gone  from the web
who could supply or do this in a reasonable time for next summer? if there is no hope of that my final hope is that
I have a good lathe and could turn a blank to pattern (assuming I can find out the flange size for the teeth) but would still need someone who could cut the teeth

HI tck,

it is no problem to buy a "standard" sprocket of the size you need to make it on a lathe to fit to your Douglas flywheel sprocket.

G'day tck,
I replaced the sprocket on my EW and I got it from gearsandsprockets.co.uk   Phone 01 788 887 400.
I hope this is of some help.

I note that the sprocket assembly is riveted to the clutch plate by what appears to be 12 very long thin rivets does anyone have their specification and who might supply
