I wonder about when and on what models the T35´s had painted wheel centers.
I have an early  1947 ("unrestored") MK1, it has only chromed rims. (I´m shure, the rims are never renewed.)
An early 1950 90+ had golden painted wheel centers.

Has anyone  knowledge about the use of painted rims of the periodes of production the factory did?

What do the brochures say or show on this ?

Although they are often airbrushed figments of the marketing dept's imagination,
rather than what actually appeared in the showrooms.

If you google this subject, its about 50/50 for painted centres or not.
That seems to suggest some at least must have had painted centres from new ?.
