Douglas stationary? From Argentina
« on: 26 Dec 2012 at 01:29 »
Hello! my name is Nahuel Berchialla, I live in the city of Zárate, Buenos Aires, Argentina.

Two days ago I bought this engine supposedly stationary Douglas brand. Anyone know anything about him? that was used? It's a beautiful engine! It looks pretty bad because the weather was for many years, but the good thing is that it is complete. Here are some pics ...   :)

Nahuel,

Welcome to the forum! It is a Douglas engine as used on their industrial platform and lift trucks.

Examples can be seen in these posts:

Excellent! good thing. I think I'll use this engine to be mounted in a frame, and make a motorcycle inspired by Douglas E29  :)
