Handlebar links for 1951 MKIV needed

My 1951 MKIV has some Japanese or American risers instead of the proper links on it. Found the lugs on the bridge plate (part#28735) but still need a set of the links (part#28734).
Here are pics of what I have.....which looks like crap. Functional, but crappy looking. Go figure....anyway wanting to put this  correct. Any help is appreciated.

Still looking for MK4 handlebar links. Thought I had someone that claimed he could make them, but after 6 months, he's "to busy". 
Any help is much appreciated....I know it's a hard to find part, but still trying.
