Very probably the first time she's been back here since she was dispatched to London dealership of Eddie Withers on the 31st August 1948Took the Dougie back home to the factory where she was built in Kingswood (Bristol) over 70 years ago....not much of the old factory left now as mainly demolished for housing, but the offices have been turned into apartments and some of the sheds still in place for the time beingQuite a few of the locals very interested in the bike, and most of them actually had no idea that there was a motorcycle works there at all in days gone by?
