I loved my Dragonfly, but had to sell it buy a car for a demanding girl friend. Would like to know where the bike is now.

Well there you go, couldn't find it in amongst the Fly's but then found in the  'Specials as a Dragon Four ' ( converted very nicely to a 4 cyl )
sorry but I do not have a pic but I feel sure that one will be posted .
   Regards
Jonathan

As I understand it, the four cylinder engine developed some problems and was removed from the frame. Subsequently, a standard Dragonfly engine was installed in the frame and the bike was sold on. If it is still about, it will be quite distinctive because the brakes were converted to hydraulic operation. At the time of being converted to 4 cylinders, it was also resprayed in the Black and chrome colour scheme.

  Regards,
                 Eddie.

Wow, that is quite amazing. So grateful you could find the history and that great photo, made my day!  If the current owner reads this, I hope she is giving you great pleasure.

I saw that (or another one) at Stafford a couple of years ago. Crazy looking device!
