Oil leaking from hole in crankcase
« on: 23 Aug 2022 at 14:06 »
Hi all, I recently had a complete engine overhaul on my EW 350 1926 Douglas with new valves, valve springs and new valve guides. I now have a problem with an oil leak. There is a small hole underneath the front cylinder valve spring which is constantly leaking new (clean) oil it seems that the sump is being constantly feed with new oil even though the oil tap is closed - any ideas please.
