Thread sizes needed for 1930's F/G
« on: 31 May 2014 at 06:21 »
HI there,

I have been looking through the one article here that shows the thread sizes for some earlier models but with no luck for G/F models

Could someone tell me from the attached picture what size would this be. Its the bolts that secure the chain cover on the drive side to the frame/gearbox.
Also looking for the thread size for the bolts that secure the tank to the frame.

Somehow I lost small things like nut, bolts and screws in the move and here in Finland its almost impossible to find BSC, BSW nuts and bolts.
One strange one I lost and I really do not want to re-tap any holes is for the screw that holds the Plate over the tickler on the carb cover.

If anyone knows of good UK site where to buy the common nuts and bolts for Douglas then please can someone let me know.
