A32 headlamp help.
« on: 14 Apr 2015 at 15:58 »
Hi everyone. I am just coming to the end of a restoration of an A32 and am having a bit of a headache with the headlamp wiring. Does anyone have a wiring diagram for this machine showing headlamp connections? I have the correct headlamp with the aluminium lever switch at the rear.

Thanks in advance.

Regards

Roger.

I have done a diagram of the switch connections and included a few photos. Apart from the obvious, any clues as to what is connected where? I believe the ammeter would have been connected via brass strips and that a charge resistance goes around the ceramic holder which is in use when the headlight isn't. The nut which holds the ceramic and also the bulb holder are missing. I will probably have to make those.

Any help greatfully received.
