Click the 'Log in' button in the main menu, then use the 'Forgot your password?' function to create a new one.

The new password will be sent to your email address. If your email address has changed since your last login, that method won't work as the email will go to the old address in your profile.
In this case, use the 'Contact' option in the main menu to send us a message and we can issue a new password.

Have you tried the new Drafts feature yet? I just lost a long message today and learned my lesson. It is a good idea to save a draft of any long post you are writing. You can then just keep writing and keep saving a draft, knowing you have a backup if there is a glitch. The draft is automatically deleted when you post the message.

Hi all is it possible to run my Dragonfly without a complete oil filter,I only have the filter element and not the outer body , I have tried to obtain one without success and I am so close to getting my Dragonfly on the road I would hate it if that was the only thing stopping me from riding my bike.
Cheers Kevin..

Hi Kevin,

I think I may be able to help you with some, if not all, of the filter assembly from the club spares scheme.

I'll check the stock tomorrow and drop you an email.

All the best,

David

I have just applied to join the London Douglas club - is this who manages the stock you refer to? I have bought a 1951 "80 plus" and starting to look for where I can get replacement oil filters.

Thanks

Hi Simon,

My apologies for the delay in replying.
A list of all spares held by the club for post-war machines can be found on the clubs website -https://douglasmcc.co.uk/post-war-douglas-spares/
My email address is listed there and I'm very happy to receive enquiries from members.
All the best,
David

I am just waiting for my membership number to arrive, then I will order one.
