Hi Colin  I'm don't see any gap to insert the feeler gauge.
I checked cuple of  times today prapobly can't sleep tonight 
The nut is locked together with spring collar.

Hi all,

I need to produce a petrol tank for my Fairy motorcycle, so i am hoping someone can help with some advice, on some details on it.
So looking at the fuel tank on the images attached there would be an oil tank at the front, fuel tank at the back. Can i assume that the oil tank would end behind the first filler port.
Why is there, what looks like 3 filler ports, and if correct what would the third one be for?
What would the filler ports have looked like?
Any help would be greatly appreciated before i start making the tank.

I tried to find some information in the forum, but with no luck.

Can someone tell me how to adjust the valve clearance in my Douglas T6? I can't see any gap for a feeler gauge.

It looks like everything is screwed together.

Or do I need to take the timing case off?

The two random cranked arms may form the sprung assembly? See attached pics

Hi again Jonathan.
I've attached pictures of all of the parts that that I can find for this seat and in the last 2 pictures my attempt at a partial assembly. There are 2 cranked arms approx. 3 inches long by 5/8 wide and 3/16 thick, shown in last 2 pictures, which I think go with the other parts.
If you recognise the parts and have a better idea of the assembly I'd be most grateful.
