Title: Douglas model?

 Hi Guys,
            im thinking of getting into the Douglas scene but fancy a late vintage one. I have seen one which is fairly complete but requires restoration can you please help me identify the model?

Frame      YF2248
Engine     EQ2201
Gearbox   WG/T2421

Registered HB 398*

Hello Trev and welcome to the Forum. Don't know whether you found the Identifying Douglas Motorcycles (https://www.douglasmotorcycles.net/index.php?board=40.0) section yet, but there's some good info in there that will help you identify just about any machine you may considering buying.

For the model above, take a look at Identifying Douglas motorcycles- Part 2: 1920s and 1930s (https://www.douglasmotorcycles.net/index.php?topic=489.0) then follow the link to Part 2: 1920s and 1930s (excluding 2-3/4 and 4hp) (https://www.douglasmotorcycles.net/aa-files/html/identify-part2/vintage4.6.htm) and you'll soon spot it.
