Have you tried the new Drafts feature yet? I just lost a long message today and learned my lesson. It is a good idea to save a draft of any long post you are writing. You can then just keep writing and keep saving a draft, knowing you have a backup if there is a glitch. The draft is automatically deleted when you post the message.

Purchased brand new by the Stroud Brothers of Reigate, England, and then raced on the board tracks at Herne Hill and Canning Town. It was then laid up until bought by Allan Phillipps from Edward Stroud in 1960. Allan restored it, and since then it has been used by Allan, his son Trevor and then by granddaughter Janine. Twice the bike has been invited to the Ilse of Man - firstly, in Allan's ownership, it was used to lead the parade at the Diamond Jubilee 'TT' in  1967. At that event, it was also ridden by several of the stars - including Bill Ivy, Phil Read and Agostini. It was later invited back for the 90th anniversary meeting in 1997 - this time ridden by Janine, including completing the 37 mile 'mountain course'.

Back in October last year, I received an email from one of Edward Stroud's nephews asking about the bike as he was researching the family history - in return, he supplied an undated photo of his uncle on LB 1120 (attached).

That is quite some bellmouth on the carburettor - I think you should copy that to fit it again Eddie!  :D

Recently, whilst trawling the Internet, I came across the attached photo - it shows Agostini riding 'LB' in 1967.
