ADCR Entry Form Launched

Planning for the Rally has taken another step forward. The Entry Form has been launched on the ADCR website where it can be viewed and downloaded for use. This link Entry Form will take you directly to the page where you will find two options for downloading the form. The easiest option is considered to be the 'Portable Document Format' (.pdf) file for which you will need 'Adobe Reader' installed on your computer. There is a shortcut provided on the webpage to the 'Adobe Reader' download centre from where you can download the free application and study the installation instructions.

The alternative option that may be preferred by some is to download the image of the form appearing on the webpage. Some instructions about how to achieve this are set down in the preamble to the image.

Please read and follow the simple instructions given for completing the form. Make your instructions clear and legible, calculate the total fees and charges accurately according to your order and forward the completed form together with your payment to the address stated on the page and on the form. Don't omit to sign and date the form and please make cheques or money orders payable to 'CEMCC Illawarra'.  All prices on the form are expressed in Australian dollars.

The closing date for entries is the 28 February 2007.

Acceptance of entries received after the due date will be subject to availability and a surcharge. Some options may not be available for late entrants. Please contact the Planning Committee for information regarding availabilities before submitting a late entry application.   

Note that there will be a limited supply of Centenary Badges. The 'early bird catches the worm' so get your order in quickly to avoid disappointment.
