Veteran timing chest step
« on: 03 Dec 2007 at 19:03 »
Dear all
I was wondering if anybody could post some pictures of the timing chest from the veteran 2 ¾ hp (1912 – 14).
I believe there is a step, but I don’t know if it’s on the larger main cover or the smaller magneto gear cover.
Would it be possible to show the chest with and without the timing cover on?
I have seen many pictures of the timing side of the engine but the induction tube and carburettor has always been in the way.
Many thanks.
Regards    MRD
