1924 TS fuel tank restoration recommendations

Could anyone recommend a specialist near Bristol (UK) that could carry out minor repairs (loose internals) & re-paint my TS fuel tank.

Having learnt a bit more on the fuel tanks construction, & being soldered together.
Would anyone know of a specialist in the UK who can undertake the manufacture and assembly of a new tank base
