Do I need to register?
Registration is not required to read the Forum or view images. Registration is only required to post a message, receive notifications of new posts, or contact other members. Registration is free of charge.

Please read the following information and agreement terms. Your acknowledgement of having read this information and agreement to these terms, is essential for registration.

Be careful with your personal information
Please be very careful NOT to post your email address, street address, phone numbers or any other personal information (whether in text or photos) in a post, as it will be visible to the public, probably harvested by spammers and scammers, and could result in unwanted attention from these parties. The owners and administrators of the Forum are not responsible for any unwanted attention due to private information being displayed publicly by members.

Your email address
Your email address when entered into the registration application form, will NOT be viewable by the general public or other forum members unless you choose to do so. Nor will it be disclosed to any third party or used for any promotional purposes. It will only be used for such things as - confirming your registration details, for sending new passwords (should you forget your current one), and advising you of new topics, posts and other changes to the Forum. By checking a box in your Member Profile, you can hide your email address from other registered members if you wish.

Passwords
We highly recommend you use a complex and unique password for your account to prevent account theft. Please choose a password of at least twelve characters, preferably a random collection of numbers and letters including upper and lower case, and not a dictionary, slang word or proper noun.

Content of posts
All posts in these forums express the views and opinions of the author and not the administrators or moderators (except for posts by these people) and hence they cannot be held liable for other member’s posts. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information presented.

Your messages
Please do not post any abusive, obscene, vulgar, slanderous, hateful, threatening, or any other material that may violate any applicable laws. Also unrelated advertising material, chain letters, pyramid schemes, etc are not wanted. Members agree to follow the guidelines set out in the post on Forum Etiquette. Failure to do so could lead to limitations being placed on your membership. Should it be necessary, the administrator and moderators reserve the right to remove, edit, move or close any post or topic at any time and to ban or delete any member.

Information stored
This Forum uses a database to store all its information including anything you may enter. This information will not be disclosed to any third party without your consent, or as required by law.The administrator and moderators cannot be held responsible for any hacking attempt that may lead to the forum database being compromised.

LDMCC (London Douglas Motor Cycle Club)
Membership of the LDMCC is not required for Forum membership. If you are a member of the LDMCC, you may provide your member number to gain access to the LDMCC Members' Private Forum. Please note, this website has no formal or financial relationship with the London Douglas Motorcycle Club (LDMCC). However, quite a few Forum Members are also LDMCC Members and you will see the LDMCC name mentioned frequently in topics throughout this website.
