I have purchased a Mark 4 which has no frame number. To register it here I need to apply one. I know that there are quite a few replacement frames out there with no numbers - is there a prefix that should be used to identify it as such ? It would appear that as is the case with many old bikes this one was separated from its frame at some stage as the LDMCC machine register lists one which has a frame number the same as my engine number (but with an earlier engine fitted).
