TS Douglas 1923 needs motor repair

Hi ,

Just wondering if anybody knows a good mechanic that repairs vintage motors in Victoria Australia. I have a 1923 Douggie that needs reassembling however the 2 halves of the crankcase will not come together completely (1 cm gap). Also need help assembling the 2 speed gearbox and clutch.
