Mark 5
« on: 07 Sep 2019 at 15:45 »
Having just taken delivery of a 1954 Mark 5 (and without any manual as yet), can someone tell me what the fitment on the right side of the engine in front of the cylinder is ??  Obviously something to do with oil as the coiled pipes connect under the sump...but I haven't seen anything like it on photos.  Just wondered if it is a factoiry addition or someone's home made effort!  Could post a photo when I find out how,,,
Thanks.

There was a factory option for a Vokes oil filter for the Mark 5.
