this site is great ,a post a week or so ago alerted me to the fact that the t35 needs bars that are thicker then normal where they go through the clamps , as most bars iv looked at are a constant 7/8 anyone know where in oz I can get the right dia through the clamps bars , if not what solutions are people using for this prob , also what is the proper dia through the clamps .. thanks

You've got hold of the wrong end of the stick!
   The 'bars are of a constant diameter - they need to be WIDER in the centre straight section than most of the commercially available 'bars so that both the handlebar links sit on the straight tube - otherwise the clamps get strained and eventually fracture! Also, beware, the liner segments are of an odd thickness - don't be tempted to use offcuts of 16g tubing as this can also lead to fractured links. The handlebars should be 7/8" dia (.875") and the hole in the links is something like 1.032"dia.  On an un-strained link, the split in the link should be 1/8" wide.

ahhh , the light bulb just came on , thanks eddie , was wondering why , would have caused a lot of manufacturing probs if done the way I intrepritated the posting , now the fun begins not many bike shops around here so ebaying asking diams and lengths of middle sections .. how come such simple things can be the biggest headaches

Yes. In regard to the adjustable handlebar clamps and how far the mounting points are apart the Mark and the Plus series are the same.
