Mark four polychromatic blue codes

I have now begun to restore my mark four beginning with the wheels. Does anyone who is familiar with automotive paint that is used in Australia able to give me a brand and the codes for the polychromatic blue finish needed. Any advice regarding the paint work would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Franky,

I think Douglas used the same polychr. blue as Panther. I have made a 1/3 to 2/3 mix out of two Jaguar colours and I´m shure it matches the tone perfect.

If you like it, I will find out the codes.

My local paint shop spent an hour matching up the paint on my Mark V and attached is a copy of their invoice with the paint code they used. Must say I am very pleased with the results.

When the Opel colour is matching to MK5, it is a good price and seems not complicated.

Nice Panther, really elegant colour scheme. Thanks for your help I will check with my painter is he can get the Opel paint here in Australia I will see if the downloaded PDF is handy for him
