Hello, Can someone tell me the quantity of oil that I should insert into the front fork suspension of my newly rebuilt Douglas mk3, also what grade of oil should I use. Many Thanks. Terry.

Hi Terry,
According to the handbook, 20 grade oil should be used in the forks. Each leg should be filled to the level plugs at the back of the leading link pivots.
Regards,
Eddie.
