rear brake drum thread
« on: 05 Jun 2012 at 13:43 »
Hi, I m making my own rear brake drum from a redundant AJS drum.  I just need to know the thread pattern, that joins the hub to drum, it looks like whitworth profile to me, can anybody confirm this.

PS does the club spares scheme stock drums ?

regards Jonathan

Hi I've just been looking through the forums and detachable drums are splined !, does this mean I have not got a Douglas hub or did they do a screwed version on some models ??  :?
