MONDAY      03/10/11 @ 20.00 on ITV4

THURSDAY 06/10/11 @ 19.00 on ITV4

Produced by Greenlight TV this one hour special will feature all the highlights from this year’s event at Mallory Park including triple World 500cc Champion King Kenny Roberts return to the Mallory Park track.

As well as the initial dates above the programme will be shown again on ITV4 during this Winter as well as early Spring 2012.

Apologies to any who tuned in to see the Festival on telly.  It was more like the Kenny Roberts Show!

There was a small bit of Festival footage (about 10 seconds worth).

It seems that the VMCC did not know what was included in the programme & expected a lot more Festival content.

I watched a bit the other day - I enjoyed seeing Roberts and Sheene and the late 70s footage. Gave me chance to reminisce my Dad and I going to watch them. It also reminded me how much I used to enjoy the vintage racing almost as much, especially if my uncle was racing his Norton. Today I'm sure I'd prefer the vintage racing.
