I have a question in anticipation of finding my MKIII's headlamp. I expect since it has languished for at least 30 years in damp and unfavourable conditions that when the headlamp for my Mark turns up, it will most likely be in a poor state requiring re-silvering. Does anyone have any advice on the subject of re-silvering, besides looking after the bike better next time...? And where in the Midlands, UK, I might get it done?
