I had a contact with www.dynamoregulatorconversions.com.
He quoted 12 weeks and 400£

Steve Belanger also advised Kurt at Auto Electric Services in New Hampshire. 603-642-5990.
Did not called him.

All 3 of them are in the USA.

No progress so far.  Front cylinder fires fine. rear not so good.

have you cleaned the slip ring and checked carbon pickups, it may have a carbon buildup causing it to try and fire bath plugs resulting in very week and retarded spark.

I have also found that the points may be opening differently due many factors. From memory its easy to shim the ramps on the EIC to even them up. That can cause what you are talking about
