That is very shiny!

Mudguard seems a long way off the front tyre - is it running an 18" wheel?

I am the current owner of this MKIV, having bought it in 2021 (I way overpaid, but really wanted one), and have done an extensive amount of mechanical work since. The bike was "restored" for  a museum, not for riding, and all my bikes are for riding, not hiding.
Currently looking to replace the hideous handlebar mounts (see my post in parts wanted) with proper mounts.
Whomever "restored" this bike has no idea, nor ever had, of what is correct, only cosmetic (and iffy on that). Over painted and it did not shift correctly. Transmission needed a lot of work but now the bike is quite a joy to ride.
