Sidecar who was made it

I have sidecar and I want to know who made this type of sidecar Sidecar in my opinion is from 1934 and up.
Any ideas? I will be grateful for any comments. Sidecar body is aluminium

The chassis looks to be from a 1930 Brough. It's the C springs front and rear that give it away. The chair looks like a Matchless.
