Have you tried the new Drafts feature yet? I just lost a long message today and learned my lesson. It is a good idea to save a draft of any long post you are writing. You can then just keep writing and keep saving a draft, knowing you have a backup if there is a glitch. The draft is automatically deleted when you post the message.

G'day, I've just started restoring a basket case 1927 EW 350 and would also like to know if there is an illustrated list of parts with drawings as I will have to make some hard to find parts.
I have a copy of the factory 1927 manual but it only gives a description of the components.
As I have to replace some of the frame tubes a frame drawing with specifications would be most helpful. I'd appreciate any help.
Kind regards
Mal form Brisbane

Nicos,

Unfortunately for the 350EW model, there was never an illustrated version of the spares list. Or none that I have ever come across in the last thirty years. They did one for the 600EW, but not a lot transfers over to the smaller model.

As for the frame, you will have to ask fellow 350EW owners for specific dimensions. I do have a '27 350EW that is in a practically bare-frame state right now (though in storage), so could probably pull some dimensions given time.

Thanks Doug
I'll take my ruler, calipers and tape to another EW owner and do the measurements.

Hello Mal,
Before you get too carried away with your frame repairs I have some incomplete and damaged frames that I cant see me using in the future. I dont have any spare brake drums or backing plates. They are always the hardest bits to find. The backing plates are easily cast. I would need to know what gearbox you would be using. The early version has slots on the frame mounting and later just sit on round tube with a four hole plate under.

Thanks very much for your offer Alan, I'll give you a call.
