1913 frame lugs

I'm looking at a 1913 frame with severe corrosion in the frame lugs, this does not extend to the tube .
The lugs are pretty thin wall, the headstock looks to be a fabrication,  not a casting
The gearbox lugs looks like a casting
Anyone got any insight as to best repair ?

Hi Chris,

Some photos might help - it's pretty rare to have the lugs corroded but the tube OK. In the meantime, have a look at this: https://www.douglasmotorcycles.net/index.php?topic=8730.msg34257#msg34257  Presumably you have the second of the three steering head arrangements shown in that thread?
