Really Really silly Dragonfly question
« on: 27 Feb 2021 at 18:14 »
I know this sounds daft but can someone confirm the gears on a Dragonfly the reason I am asking it that I can’t seam to find neutral on mine and just thought Is it 1 down and 3 up or 1 up and 3 down .
Cheers Kevin.

Kevin,
It's 1 up and 3 down!  Sitting on the bike, select 1st gear whilst gently rolling the bike forward (so that the dogs go fully into mesh), then gently press the pedal down until you feel it drop into the neutral notch in the camplate.

   Regards,
                  Eddie.

Not that daft, came as a surprise to me! 40 years of left side gearchanging and I'd just managed to master the right side one on my Morini. Didn't cross my mind that the Duggy would be a racer's shift!
