Hello ,
 I have a 600 AERO DOUGLAS and some problems with the dynamo.There is 6 volts and more but 1 ampère only , not enough to charge the battery.
Do you know this problem ( remagnetising the magnet  ) ???. Do you know this problem ? do you know an adress to make correctly the work ?
I am in France , and I don't find a supplier who know very well this model ?

Output is very low, even under optimal conditions. 20W maximum when they were new, if that. I do not know of anyone rebuilding or servicing these dynamos as a business. Several folk have hidden small alternators inside a replica BTH housing, and a post on that subject can be found here:
