Felt washer for shell bearing

The felt washer for the anchor plate for shell bearing is missing from the front hub of my 1950 T35. The club does not have any.
 Is there a substitute seal I could fit.

Wrong country unfortunately, but AA Oilseals and Bearings in Nunawading Victoria Australia will cut felt washers to your requirements as long as you provide the dimensions...Very helpful old style shop but alas this type fast disappearing.
