Replacing sprockets on flywheel clutch
« on: 11 Nov 2010 at 04:12 »
On my new EW600 the engine sprocket is very worn. How does one go about replacing these given they are an integral part of the clutch ? Normally I would just weld on a new one but seems to me as though there is not enough metal there to do that.

Can anyone offer advice on replacing the sprocket, as I too need to replace  the sprocket on my s/t6 project clutch.

Bought a set for my CW. I did have them nickel plated but not polished prior to fitting.
