2 3/4. Exhaust valve lifter mechanism

Looking for the exhaust valve lifter mechanism of the 2 3/4. Engine. It sits in the bottom of the engine .
Require all fittings cable and handle bar lever.  Thanks Hans (Sydney)

Hi Hans, Yes I have a complete mechanism (for inside the engine) but no handlebar lever.
