28 SW5 Wheels

I've just purchased an SW5 which is in a fairly sorry state, although very restorable. but which needs WHEELS!  The bike was discovered in Alaska, and was being used as the power plant for a water pump!  It then went to the Harrah's collection in Reno, thence to a private owner's garage for 20 years, and now to mine.  I've been hunting such a model for 5 years, after a deal with Verrall's fell through (they've since doubled in price, ouch).
I'm also looking for a suitable seat.
