1915 exhaust system
« on: 16 Oct 2017 at 12:56 »
Does anyone have an exhaust for a 1915 twin please? - in particular the  pipe which curls over the top of the expansion box - is anyone making these parts?
Thanks,
Roger

Does anyone have a drawing or sketch of the 1915 onwards expansion box, showing the pipes curling in? - I could make some if I knew the sizes/shapes?

Getting an exhaust made for 2 3/4, should be ready Jan/Feb. Will report back when done, being made from stainless. No drawing they have my good exhaust to copy.

I now have a jig, so if interested these could be made. I did use old nuts to screw to barrels. Did enquire about these being made out of stainless as well.
