WWII Gen set
« on: 10 Jun 2017 at 14:22 »
Hi all,
I have an old WWII gen set that was used for a number of years post war.
Just wondering how many of you have come across any and if they are common ?
This one came from a sheep station out in the bush.
Have never come across another.

Clever people can tell from the Douglas rocker cover if it was made by Douglas or BSA I can't remember but at least two factories made them during the war government policy to distribute production against bombing

I have also a Douglas stationary engine (and 3 T35 bikes).
I think this rocker covers should be made by BSA.
