EW 350 smoking
« on: 12 Mar 2017 at 16:46 »
Hello everybody,
After a 9 months immobilization, I woke up the EW350. It started at the first kick and the engine runs smoothly. But the rear cylinder has smoked a lot and oil oozes slightly. The exhaust also smoked and then it decreased. I think that during all these months, the oil went down and accumulated in the bottom of the engine. I hope that it will suffice to drive a little so that the smoke ceases. Am I right or not ?

I would think you should be ok - this sounds like a classic case of wet sumping. The only harm that may come from it is the spark plug might be a bit oiled up
