Mark 4 battery carrier

I am fitting an original centre stand to my wifes MK4 - I notice from discussion on these forums that the return spring is supposed to connect to the battery carrier - I can't see it on mine so assume I do not have a standard one.

Firstly are correct carriers available anywhere at the moment ? I think some people on this forum were making them a few years ago

Also, if anyone has a photo of where the spring should attach I can work something with mine

There should be a tab spot welded to the back of the carrier with a small hole for the spring to loop through. The link below to the old auction site articles is of the type used on the Mark 3, but I believe the mark4-5 carriers were very similar.
