What's the date of the magazine Howard?

I love the fantastic collection of handlebar levers. I count seven controls on the handlebars: four large levers (clutch, front brake, exhaust lifter and oil pump) plus two smaller ones (air and advance/retard) plus a twist grip throttle. And don't forget the hand gear-change lever. If you change with the right hand, you have to let go of the right bar so there is no throttle control while changing, but at least you had the clutch. Some racing riders would do clutchless changes using the left hand across the tank to move the lever, and the right hand to get the engine revs just right.
