The document is an original,not a copy- hence the price. If you send me a £10 pound sterling note I will include airmail.
It is a folded pamphlet which measures 22 cm high x 14 cm wide closed.It has 6 pages only, including the Cover picture and Back page illustration. the other pages show :-
