I am looking for a headlamp, with switch etc if possible, for my "ride and restore" S6 restoration.

I am willing to consider a "tired" one or a replica. Or can someone point in the right direction?

Happy christmas and a prosperous new year to all readers
Regards

Hi Michael

The 6 inch Miller headlamps are virtually unobtainable so when I restored my 1932 A32 I used an Indian replica of a Lucas headlamp that I picked up for £ 45 at a bike jumble at Kempton in October 2008 and changed the lens for frosted glass and also the ammeter. You can see it in the Members gallery. The brackets I made from 12 mm steel tube from B&Q.

Regards

Paul
